INACTIVITY RULE
If you are going to be inactive, please:
- Post on the forum explaining your absence, including dates of departure and expected return.
- Keep us updated if anything changes.
- If you're unable to post on the forum, contact a Leader through any available means.
Failure to follow the inactivity procedure will result in the following:
- If we are not informed and you’re absent for over one month, you will be automatically removed from the clan. No exceptions.
- Returning after months of unexplained inactivity? Do not assume you’re still a member.
- Wearing clan tags without being a member will result in a warning to remove them. You’ll be guided on how to rejoin if you wish.
- Refusal to remove the tags = ban.
- Think a mistake was made? You’re welcome to post your concerns on the forum — but if the rule wasn’t followed, your removal remains valid.
