Hi, you have tortured me for 3 months now by not letting me play at your wonderful CTF server. Back then I was pissed off about a lot of things and because of that I was acting stupid at your server. I don't do that kind of shit anymore, I just want to enjoy this game and play CTF again.

Well after doing a bit of research within the logs of both servers;
it would appear that you haven't changed one bit  
Taking on Avant's tags was probably the stupidest thing you could have done considering your plea here.
Perhaps you should consider seeking professional assistance and take some anti-jagoff pills for your ill behavior will gain you no freedom here. You have not proven your ability to change nor grow up.
As it stands your inquiry for unban has been denied.
As time goes on and hopefully your attitude does mature their may be hope for you yet
