It's the first time I hear someone who had been playing on-line with me passes away... What can I do? What can we do? It's never too late to take the initiative, so this give me the lesson of how much is important to always respect each other even in the net, even if only playing.

I remain with my idea of "if you are here to really be offensive or on the contrary to really be touchy, don't play".
Playing is nice because it's funny for the game and for the stupid things that could be written or spoken in the meanwhile.
It will always ends up exaggerating, but this should never be considered a problem as we are always playing and joking.

Hi all, the point stands in the question and not in the answers.

Everyone knows how camping is profitable in terms of scoring and making opponents get angry.
So think about a blue camper camping behind the crates of the back kitchen, or about a red camper camping behind a bench in the mainhall.

When camping with the shotgun, the camper is usually hidden crunched, waiting for the opponents and ready to do the following combination of moves: "leaning" + "standing up" + "shooting" + "crunching again".
To be effective all this combo should be accomplished in less than a second.

So why to let a human do this if a computer can optimize the time?

Is it possible to modify SoF assigning to the following keys the following movements?
I = "lean left" + "stand up leaned" + "shoot" + "crunch" + "remove leaning"
P = "lean right" + "stand up leaned" + "shoot" + "crunch" + "remove leaning"
O = "stand up centered" + "shoot" + "crunch"

If done by a computer and not by a human, the combo would be so fast that you can't almost see the camper.

So, if it is possible, won't this be a cheat?!

Yes, as a first step another little change in the Shop would be better than nothing.

Do you know there are two roofs of the outside buildings which can't be reached neither with a jump from the turret nor with a pyramid of men from the balconies of the buildings themselves?
Do you know there is a turret behind the back kitchen window no one uses?
Do you know there is an underground floor under the tree of the outside back kitchen that people only uses to have a knives head to head? And that is not part of the level...
Do you know the trenched wall behind the helipad has two ladders to climb onto it only near the power-station and instead doesn't have any ladder near the wooden gallows? And this allows blue to camp easily especially when carrying the red flag waiting for the blue one to come back?
Have you ever noticed there are no pictures on the walls? Noteven a single autograph!

Would this be something to start with? :roll:

Hi guys, I know this post will be "uncomfortable" for the most, but I promised to write it and here I am...
So, the proposal is to introduce new maps, as for example Finca (asymmetrical map with villa and swimming-pool), Kam2 (symmetrical map in the snow with two bridges and two underground tunnels), DSF Playhouse (symmetrical map with a narrow dark tunnel and an outside garden) or any other possible CTF map.

If you want to know why I have been asked to write this post, it is for the following reasons which I am entirely agreeing with.
You have certainly heard people (more than one) saying "OK I'll leave, I don't wanna play for the moment, as it's full of campers and it's boring, I'll spectate... maybe I'll come back later, see you...".

In addition many players know the maps as their pockets, as they perfectly know all the reachable places of the Shop (or little less than all) and furthermore they also know the timing of any adoptable path, making almost impossible the score.
This is a really good thing, because on one hand it means YOB is provided of really strong (and Old) players, but on the other hand it means that there is nothing more to discover, nothing so much to learn, alas!

I love and hate at the same time when teams are balanced, campers are placed on both parts, attackers can make the score and the game is tied to draw, as it means both teams are playing well and I have to push myself to play for the victory with more and more stubborn!
But too many people are expert and I don't think that's good, because (sorry for repeating, but) there is really little to be discovered.

Yeah, I'm not happy of telling you this, but don't you think that some new maps will make the game more challenging?
It's plenty of maps damn! I took a look around the maps I have: I guess I've been playing in less than 1% of them!!! Some of them have trains, tanks, skyscrapers, forts, castles, monuments, sports fields, lakes, rivers and so on!
Do you agree with "me"?
There is anything that can change the situation?
I still love YOB FAMILY, always, but I hope we can do better!
