You were banned several times for the same reason, think we had enough patience with you and your attitude. And I really don't think you learned your lesson by getting banned for only 18 days.
Banned for atleast 18 months sounds much better to me...

Make your little brother go clean his pool, then wash & wax his car.
Also perhaps password protect your computer so the little bastard can't access anything esp a simple video game.
