if you download cracked games and you use keygen, it could be you get a key that has already been used before by someone and you get that name because the person that was been banned with the same key used that name, i had the same problem years ago on counter strike, i was banned to Twisted Evil

but the thing is i had the original key and the other person the fake key Mad

thats always the risk of cracked games
