keep in mind mate that is not like sof2, ping is surely different. Server is located to Amsterdam, so in your testspeed you should change server location vs an Amsterdam server to get the right data. In case try this:

http://tools.pingdom.com/ping/

with the server ip, you can get ping and trace-route, maybe you got some packet loss but it depends on your ISP rout not by the server.

In any case ping in this game is not indended as the sof2 ping.
