Hello Everybody,

I want to change my ip adress.
The problem is, that i couldn't do that anymore since i have a new router.
With my old one i could log in and change my macadress but i cant do that anymore.
Does anyone know how i could change my ip adress again?
My router is a Cisco EPC3925, maybe anyone can find how i can change my ip?

I think your provider is Ziggo?
I found this with google: http://ziggo-gebruikers.nl/forum/showthread.php?t=16462

I worked for a internetprovider who didnt change ip of customer, but I know a little trick that worked Very Happy Deactivate your modem for atleast 24hours, so no power or anything, after that there is a possibility you got a new ip. But who can handle 24 hours without internet

guys, don't confuse yourself the ideas..  MAC address, where MAC is for: Media Access Control also called physical address or Ethernet LAN address is a code of 48 bits (6 bytes) uniquely assigned by the manufacturer to any Ethernet card produced in the world, however, be amended in software.

Is essentially an identifier for a particular network device level local network: for example, two network cards in two different computers will have two different names (and different MAC addresses), as well as different names have an Ethernet card and a card wireless positioned in the same computer.

so.. physical address is one thing IP local address is another thing, IP pubblic dynamic/static address is another thing again.

i guess u would like to change public address, the ISP assigns you a static IP or a dynamic range IP and unless you don't change provider and the new one, provides this service, you can not change it.
