I think iTw1sted.. I have noticed him couple of time.. then i asked Tw1sted.. he also said.. he is WH... so he banned him..

I spec and was unsure; I believe Apache is the one who has banned him for I seen his ban the same day...

it was he who hit the ban button, I recall reviewing ftp after work after seeing name in banlist
(I hadda know who hit button that day cause you had my attention as well Twisted Evil

well, it must been about 2/3 weeks ago.
I only ban when i am sure about it, so case closed.
But i wont be that harsh on you. so i might unban you soon.
