I am playing in the YOB server for last 2 mnths. How much time i need to wait for the REC to open up, anyone got idea ?

hi, we dont know yet, but as soon as possible. now we already have several recruits to manage.
my advice: check the homepage every week, we usually recruit from Friday to Monday. maybe next month will start cuz holidays time...
