Got the same, its something with everymod.
Remove the mod and its gone, or put effect volume to 0.
Just put on some music

it's the mod change it and will work fine!

I know this noise! Very simple fix - no rocket science involved whatsoever
Whenever this occurs contact an s-admin or sysop to type the command /adm map_restart and this noise will be gone for a while, when noise returns type command again.
Even if you reboot sof2 and return the noise will still be there, I've freshly entered server and heard this... just restart map and its fine.
